Our Services

We help plan and arrange Kashmir tour packages, including accommodation, transportation, sightseeing and itinerary planning across Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg and other destinations in Jammu & Kashmir. Enquiries and bookings are handled directly through WhatsApp, phone, email or in person — this website does not process online payments or bookings automatically.

Enquiries & Booking Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp or phone does not, on its own, confirm a booking. A trip is confirmed only once SS Travels and the traveller have agreed on the itinerary, pricing and any deposit or payment terms directly.

Pricing

Prices for Kashmir packages, transportation and related services are provided on request and depend on factors such as season, group size, hotel category and availability. Prices are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and may change based on availability at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation or change requests should be made in writing via WhatsApp, phone or email as early as possible. Whether a refund applies, and how much, depends on the timing of the request and any arrangements already made with hotels, transport providers or other third parties on your behalf. Specific cancellation terms for your trip will be shared and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

• Carrying valid photo identification and any other documents required for their trip
• Obtaining any permits or registrations required for specific activities, such as the Amarnath Yatra
• Providing accurate information when sharing travel details with us
• Following local guidance and safety instructions during their trip

Third-Party Services

Hotels, houseboats, drivers, and other service providers involved in your trip are independent third parties. While we take care in arranging these services, SS Travels is not directly responsible for the actions, service standards or policies of these independent providers.

Travel Conditions & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Kashmir's weather, road conditions and mountain routes can change with little notice, particularly at higher altitudes and during winter months. SS Travels is not liable for delays, itinerary changes or cancellations caused by weather, road closures, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, though we will do our best to adjust your itinerary where possible.
