A 3 days, 2 nights Kashmir trip is not for travellers chasing every valley and meadow in one visit. It is built for a genuinely short window: a long weekend, a work trip with a couple of spare days, or a first look at Kashmir before deciding to return for longer.
Rather than rushing through four destinations in three days, this package deliberately stays focused on two, Srinagar and Gulmarg. That means real time in each place instead of a blur of car windows between stops.
The first stretch is Srinagar, a night that usually includes a houseboat stay on Dal Lake, a Shikara ride and a look at the Mughal Gardens if timing allows. From there the trip moves to Gulmarg for the Gondola cable car and the meadows the town is known for, before heading back to Srinagar for departure. The exact order depends on your arrival time and the weather, and we confirm it with you on WhatsApp.
One night of Srinagar hotel accommodation, one night on a houseboat, morning tea, and breakfast and dinner across the stay. Private transportation between Srinagar and Gulmarg is included, along with local sightseeing at both stops.

If you land in Srinagar in the morning, the first day can include sightseeing and the houseboat evening on Dal Lake, while a late-evening arrival leaves less time for day one. Keep the plan simple. Pick the two or three things you most want to do, for example a Shikara ride and the Gulmarg Gondola, and let the rest of the trip stay relaxed. Gondola queues and weather can change the day, so leave some buffer.
Kashmir changes a lot between seasons. Spring and summer (roughly April to June) are the usual choice for green meadows and comfortable sightseeing, July and August bring occasional rain, and autumn colours arrive around October and November. In winter Gulmarg turns into a snow destination, though snowfall can affect road timing in higher areas such as Sonamarg.
